Fibex Systems, LLC doing business as myMeeting123.com Automatic Payment Authorization Agreement (Agreement) Subject to the terms and conditions of the Fibex Systems, LLC DBA myMeeting123.com User Agreement ("User Agreement"), and by checking this check box, customer ("you", "your") authorize Fibex Systems, LLC DBA myMeeting123.com ("we", "us", "our"). We will initiate withdrawals from your credit card or PayPal account that you specified in our web site, for the amount due to us according the service that you purchase from us. You agree to follow the terms of the Fibex Systems, LLC DBA myMeeting123.com User Agreement (http://www.mymeeting123.com/company/termsAndCondition.aspx) between us and you. This authorization includes but not limited to the regular scheduled payments and all other amounts due according to the User Agreement terms. You authorize us to charge your credit card and/or to withdraw funds from your PayPal account. You must maintain a valid credit card or PayPal account information in your MyMeeting123 account at all time, and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card or PayPal account filed in your MyMeeting123 account for all charges to your MyMeeting123 account, including any Automatic Payment transactions. You understand that this authorization is valid until the termination of this Agreement. If we cannot charge your credit card or PayPal account for any reason, we may make multiple attempts to charge your credit card or PayPal account. However, you will continue to be responsible for the full amount due, until we can make a successful charge to your credit card or PayPal account, or until you terminate your MyMeeting123 account by paying off the total amount due to Fibex Systems, LLC DBA myMeeting123.com You agree to retain, either by printing or otherwise saving, a copy of this Agreement, which provides the terms of this authorization. We will charge an amount to your credit card or your PayPal account at the beginning of each billing period (start date is based on the sign up date) to "refill" the account and any associated services. If the total credit amount in the MyMeeting123 account is insufficient to pay for the monthly service fee, Fibex Systems, LLC DBA myMeeting123.com will suspend your MyMeeting123 service(s) until additional funds are added. If we are unable to refill your MyMeeting123 account at the beginning of any billing cycle because your credit card or PayPal account is no longer valid for any other reason, Fibex Systems, LLC DBA myMeeting123.com may in its sole discretion (i) suspend your MyMeeting123 service(s), or (ii) terminate this Agreement, and (iii) hold you liable for all remaining unpaid balance. You shall promptly update all information to keep your account and credit card information current, complete and accurate (such as a change in billing address or e-mail), and shall promptly notify us if your credit card is canceled. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to offer "Automatic Payment" payment method to any Fibex Systems, LLC DBA myMeeting123.com existing or potential customers. You acknowledge that we may discontinue Automatic Payment withdrawals at anytime. We reserve the right to change this agreement anytime without notice. Fibex Systems, LLC DBA myMeeting123.com is NOT responsible, liable or providing warranty to any web site and feature which are not within myMeeting123.com domain (including PayPal). We cannot assist you in resolving any dispute with any web site, or feature not provided by Fibex Systems, LLC DBA myMeeting123.com. Please contact the responsible 3rd party directly regarding such service. You may cancel this Automatic Payment Authorization Agreement by logging on to your MyMeeting123 account through http://www.mymeeting123.com or by email to support@mymeeting123.com. The cancellation will become effective after 5 business days after receipt of written notification from you. This Fibex Systems, LLC DBA myMeeting123.com Automatic Payment Authorization Agreement and the Fibex Systems, LLC DBA myMeeting123.com User Agreement constitute the entire agreement between you and Fibex Systems, LLC DBA myMeeting123.com.
