1.How to check files sending records?

All files sending records is stored in My Files tab of your account. In Sending Records, there are listing the date of sending, file names with size, recipient email addresses, expiry date, password and download status. On clicking sending record row, it will go to files detail page, there are listing more detail even the subject, message and download link.

2. How to utilize Storage function?

Storage function is located at the bottom part of My Files page, it provides upload portal to upload files for later delivery. The steps of usage is as follow:

    1. Select a list of files or folders and then click upload button in upload portal.

    2. When the upload done, the new uploaded detail will be listed in Storage section.

    3. If you want to send out uploaded files, click the envelop icon located at the column of "Send" of Storage section.

    4. And you will go to Send page, just enter recipients email addresses and then click button "Just Send File" will do.

3. How to edit expiry date of files?

The steps of edit expiry is as follow:

    1. Click "Edit" button located right after expiry date in file detail row.

    2. It will go to Edit Expiry page. Click the calender icon, a calender will be opened for you to select a new expiry date.

    3. Click button "Save" after you select a new expiry date.

    4. You will see the new expiry date will be updated in files detail list in Sending Records.

4. How to edit password protecting download link?

The steps of edit password is as follow:

    1. Click the button icon right after password in file detail row of Sending Records.

    2. It will reach Edit Password page, just enter a new password and click button "Save" to execute the new password.

    3. You will see the new password appears in file detail row of Sending Records.

5. How to forward files to others?

The steps of forwarding file to others is as follow:

    1. Click the green arrow of "Forward" column of Sending Records.

    2. It will reach Forward page, just enter recipients email addresses and then click button "Just Send File" will do.

6. How to check whom has downloaded files?

The steps of checking whom has download files is as follow:

    1. Click the blue human icon under "Status" column of Sending Records.

    2. It will reach Recipient List page, there are listing the time of download, name and email address of each recipient.

7. How to pause and resume sending files?

There are two situation to pause and resume files sending:

    1. You can pause and resume sending without leaving the page of "Just Send File".

    2. You can pause sending for example in coffee shop and then resume sending at home of the same files.

The steps of pause and resume files sending within "Just Send File" page is as following:

    1. When you have selected a list of files and then click button "Just Send File" at the bottom of "Just Send File" page.

    2. You can click button "Cancel" of upload portal anytime to pause files uploading.

    3. If you want to resume the files uploading, just click the button "Just Send File" again to resume uploading.

The steps of pause and resume files sending even you leave the page of "Just Send File" is as following:

    1. When you click button "Cancel" of the upload portal during files uploading. And then you log out.

    2. When you log in again, and go to "Just Send File" page, just enter the same recipients email addresses and then choose the SAME files and click button "Just Send File" again.

    3. And you will see the progress bar would be started from the percentage that you have paused uploading last time.

8. How to check my purchased plan's detail?

Log in to your account and point to "Payment and Subscription" tab on the main menu bar and click "My Purchase" on the drop down menu. There will list the plan detail you purchased such as charge per each payment date, autopay status. *You can enable automatic payment on that page too.

9. How to enable automatic payment?

Log in to your account, in the "Home" tab of your account page, there is a grey box on the right listing with monthly fee, price of your plan and autopay status. Just tick the box of enabling autopay and then log out, you will start allow automatical payment from next payment date.

10. How to edit credit card information?

Log in to your account, point to "Payment and Subscription" tab, click "My Payment Information" from the drop down menu. You will see credit card information on My Payment Information page. Click "Edit" to update your credit card information and then click button "Save" will do. *Please ensure the credit card information you submit is correct.

11. How to edit billing address?

Log in to your account, point to "Payment and Subscription" tab, click "My Payment Information" from the drop down menu. You will see Billing Address on My Payment Information page. Click "Edit" to update your billing address and then click button "Save" will do. *Please ensure the billing address you submit is correct, otherwise, we cannot mail you invoice or cheque if it is necessary.

12. How to edit contact address?

Log in to your account, click "User Management" tab on the main menu. You will see Contact Address on User Management page. Click "Edit" to update your contact address and then click button "Save" will do. *Please ensure the contact address you submit is correct, otherwise, we cannot mail you any news or gift of our product if it is necessary.

13. What is the difference between billing address and contact address?

The difference between billing address and contact address is billing address aims on mailing you issue about cheque, invoice or money stuff about the product while contact address aims on mail you the product news, gift or any update of the product. If there is no difference of your billing and contact address, we suggest you to unify them to achieve a more efficient communication between you and us.

14. How to edit contact email address?

Your contact email address should be initially the same as your registrated email address (username). JustSendFile would normally email you news, updates or billing issue to your contact email address. If you want to use another email as a contact email address. Please log in to your account and then point to "Payment and Subscription" tab, click "My Payment Information" from the drop down menu. There is "Contact Email" under "Credit Card Information" section, click "Edit" on this page, it will go to "Edit My Payment Information" page, you can change your contact email in that page and then click button "Save" to execute the new contact email address.

15. What is the difference between contact email address and registrated email address?

Your contact email address should be initially the same as your registrated email address (username). JustSendFile would email you all the news, updates or billing issues to your contact email address. But JustSendFile understand that the registrated email address may not be the email address you usually check. So, JustSendFile allows you provide one more email address for communication purpose.

16. How to check payment activities?

Log in to your account, point to "Payment and Subscripton" tab on the main menu. Click "Transaction History" from the drop down menu. Inside Transaction History page, you will see all of your credit card transactions. If you purchased more than one product, please choose the product transaction from "Display:" field first. And then choose the period of transactions you want to see from "For" field. So specific period of transaction will be dispayed for your reference.

17. How to change my account's password?

Log in to your account, click "User Management" tab on the main menu. It will go to User Management page, you will see "Password of My JSF account" under Profile section. Click button "Edit" to go to Edit Profie section, just enter a new password and then click button "Save" to execute the new password.

18. How to edit my username (registrated email address)?

Your username (registrated email address should be the one you entered in the "Email:*" field during your signing up to JSF service. Since it is KEY mark to record your account stuff inside our database. It cannot be changed.
